When will I get rewarded?
You’ll get your reward when the customer you refer signs their estimate. If you chose the Amazon gift card, you’ll get it with 24 hours in your email inbox. If you picked $25 off your next order, you can use it right away or save it. It won’t expire!
What is the criteria for an eligible referral?
An eligible referral must be a new customer of Equip with no prior orders.
Please note, orders of stock fitness covers are inelegible.
Is there a limit to how many rewards I can earn?
No! You will get one reward for every new customer you refer who orders a cover.
How will you know I referred a customer?
Make sure you fill in your name on either the flier or the email! We will ask any referrals whose forms don’t have a name who referred them, but you can also email or call to let us know who you’ve sent our way.
